IREDA: The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) is planning to raise around ₹25,000 crore from the debt market and around ₹4,500 crore through equity in the the financial year 2024-25, company's chairman and managing director Pradeep Kumar Das said during the CII Financing Summit 3.0.
Vedanta: The Anil Agarwal-led company has approved the third interim dividend of ₹20 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25, taking the total dividend payout for FY25 to ₹13,474 crore.
Vodafone Idea: India's third largest telecom operator, VI, has been slapped with demand orders from various Goods and Service Tax (GST) offices to pay over ₹73 crore comprising tax dues with penalty and interest, a regulatory filing said on Monday.
Adani Green Energy: The Board of the Adani Group company has approved the execution of binding documents, including a joint venture (JV) with TotalEnergies. As per the agreement, TotalEnergies will invest $444 million to form a new 50:50 JV with Adani Green Energy.
NMDC: India's largest iron ore miner, NMDC, reported a 9.9% decline in iron ore production at 3.07 million tonnes (MT) in August. The company had produced 3.41 MT of iron ore in the year-ago period, NMDC said in a regulatory filing.
