Upcoming IPOs: As 2024 comes to a close, the IPO bonanza continues, with six mainboard initial public offerings (IPOs) opening for subscription this week.

Mamata Machinery, Concord Enviro Systems, DAM Capital Advisors, Sanathan Textiles, and Transrail Lighting will open their initial share sales on Thursday, December 19. Ventive Hospitality's mainboard IPO will hit the primary market on Friday, December 20.

Mamata Machinery IPO

Mamata Machinery's ₹179.39 crore issue is an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 74 lakh shares. The price band has been set at ₹230-₹243 per share.

The company is engaged in manufacturing advanced bag and pouch-making machinery, such as plastic bag machines, zip-lock pouch machines, and sachet packing machines.

Concord Enviro Systems IPO

The ₹500.33 crore book-built issue of Concord Enviro is a mix of fresh issuance of 0.25 crore equity shares worth ₹175 crore and an OFS of 46 lakh shares valued at ₹325.33 crore.

With a price band of ₹665-₹701 per share, investors can bid for at least 21 shares worth ₹14,721.

DAM Capital Advisors IPO

Investment bank DM Capital Advisors' initial share sale is exclusively an OFS of 2.97 crore shares.

Under OFS, those devesting their stake include promoter Dharmesh Anil Mehta and investors Multiples Alternate Asset Management, RBL Bank, Easyaccess Financial Services and Narotam Satyanarayan Sekhsaria.

The ₹840.25 issue has fixed a price band of ₹269 to ₹283 per share.

Sanathan Textiles IPO

The ₹550 crore initial public offering of polyester yarn manufacturer and cotton yarn supplier Sanathan Textiles consists of a fresh issue aggregating to ₹400 crore and an OFS of ₹150 crore. It has set a price band of ₹305 to 321 apiece.

Transrail Lighting IPO

Transrail Lighting IPO, with a fresh issue of ₹400 crore and an OFS of 1.02 crore shares, has not announced price band yet.

The engineerging and construction company is focused on power distribution and transmission as well manufacturing conductors, lattice structures and monopoles.

Ventive Hospitality IPO

Ventive Hospitality's ₹1,600 crore offer is completely a fresh issue. The price band has not been announced yet. The company develops and manages luxury hotels.
