The automotive segment includes all activities related to the development, design, and manufacture of products. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is ZF CV Control Systems Manufacturing India Private Limited, which is engaged in manufacturing and trading in auto ancillary parts for domestic and export markets. The Company has approximately six manufacturing facilities and an advanced technology development center.
