Yatra Online Limited is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in the business of providing reservation and booking services relating to transport, travel, tours and tourism and developing customized solutions in the areas of transport, travel, tours and tourism for all types of travelers in India or abroad through the internet, mobile, call-center and retail lounges. The Company operates through three segments including Air Ticketing, Hotels and Packages, and Other services. The Air Ticketing segment through internet, mobile based platform and call-centers, provides the facility to book and service international and domestic air tickets to ultimate customers through business to consumer (B2C), business to enterprise (B2E), and business to business to consumer (B2B2C) channels. The Hotels and Packages segment through an internet and mobile based platform and call-centers, provides holiday packages, and hotel reservations.
