Viceroy Hotels Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the business of hoteliering. The Company is in the hospitality business and owns and operates two hotels in Hyderabad with the brand name of Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott. These hotels are located in the Central Business District of Hyderabad and cater to both the luxury and business segments. Hotel Marriott has approximately 295 rooms, five food and beverage (F&B) outlets, and 303 restaurant seating capacity. Hotel Courtyard has approximately 112 rooms, one F&B outlet, and 110 restaurant seating capacity. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Crustum Products Private Limited, Cafe D’ Lake Private Limited, Minerva Hospitalities Private Limited, Viceroy Chennai Hotels & Resorts Private Limited and Banjara Hospitalities Private Limited.
