Thomas Cook (India) Limited is an India-based omnichannel travel company. The Company is engaged in diversified businesses of travel and travel-related businesses and provides full service related to the leisure hospitality & resorts business, working as a travel agent and tour operator. The Company is also engaged as an authorized foreign exchange dealer. The Company’s segments include Financial Services, Travel and related services, and Leisure Hospitality & Resorts business. Financial Services segment includes wholesale and retail purchase and sale of foreign currencies and paid documents. Travel and related services segment includes tour operations, travel management, visa services and travel insurance and related services. Leisure Hospitality & Resorts business segment includes sales of room rentals and other allied services. The Company's subsidiaries include Asian Trails Limited Malaysia, Asian Trails Thailand Limited, Horizon Travel Services LLC, SOTC Travel Limited, and more.
