Shradha Infraprojects Limited is an India-based infrastructure development company. The Company is engaged in the business of construction of commercial complexes, residential houses, business premises or civil work of every type and dealing in real estate properties and infra projects. It operates through two segments: Infrastructure and Real Estate. Its projects include Shradha House, which consists of corporate offices, professional chamber, retail outlets and banks; Mangalam Shradha, which includes residential-cum-commercial with retail on the ground floor; Victoria House, which is a nursing home project; Shradha Busiplex, which includes retail mall plus offices; Riaan Corporate Park, which includes corporate offices and shops; Riaan Towers, which includes office blocks and coaching institute, and college. Its subsidiaries include Mrugnayani Infrastructure Private Limited, Suntech Intrastate Private Limited and Active infrastructure Private Limited.
