Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited (SEIL) is an India-based education company, which provides school management solutions. The SEIL provides services to plan, build, and manage educational institutions. It provides solutions for Kindergarten-12 Schools. Its educational units are Shanti Asiatic Schools, Shanti Junior, Shanti Hopskotch, and Shanti Business School. The Shanti Asiatic School is a K-12 school brand of SEIL with approximately 25000 students across India. The Shanti Juniors operate approximately 300 Shanti Juniors Preschool centers in 74 cities. Shanti Hopskotch is a pre-school chain that offers the Mother Toddler Programme, Hoppers - Nursery, and Jumpers - Junior KG. Shanti Business School offers vertical and sectoral specialization. Its services include marketing; curriculum design; co-curricular activities planning and support; teacher training and professional development program; financial planning; campus layout plan; admissions process, and human resources.
