About ROADSTAR INFRA INVESTMENT TRUS
Roadstar Infra Investment Trust (the Trust) is an India-based infrastructure investment trust. The Trust’s investment objective is to own, operate and invest in infrastructure projects in India, directly or indirectly. The Trust, through its Project SPVs, together operates about six road assets, aggregating to approximately 2, 837 lane kilometers, located across six states in India. In addition to the Project SPVs, the Trust through the Investment Manager may also acquire new projects. Its projects include Hazaribagh Ranchi Expressway Limited, Moradabad Bareilly Expressway Limited, Pune Sholapur Road Development Company Limited, Sikar Bikaner Highway Limited, Thiruvananthapuram Road Development Company Limited, and Barwa Adda Expressway Limited. The Trust’s investment manager is Roadstar Investment Managers Limited. Axis Trustee Limited acts as a trustee.
