About OSWAL OVERSEAS LTD
Oswal Overseas Limited is an India-based company. The Company is principally engaged in the business of manufacturing of sugar. The Company operates in two segments, such as Sugar Manufacturing and Power Generation. The Sugar Manufacturing segment manufactures and market sugar and its byproducts (molasses, bagasse). Its main raw material is sugar cane. The Company has its manufacturing plant at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh and has a crushing capacity of 3500 tones crushed per day. The Power Generation segment generates power and provide commercial supply to Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL). The Company’s product range includes sugar, power, bagasse, and molasse. The Company has a co-generation capacity of 13 megawatts (MW) (A saleable co-generation capacity of 7 MW).
