The Company's portfolio comprises approximately 18 Grade-A urban consumption centers with a gross leasable area of 10.4 million square feet spread across 14 cities in India, two complementary hotel assets (354 keys) and three office assets with a gross leasable area of 1.3 million square feet. Its consumption centers have a tenant base of over 1,000 domestic and international brands spanning across approximately 3,000 stores. Its operating segments include Urban consumption center (Mall), Office, Hospitality, and Others. The Others segment comprises the sale of office units, and generation of renewable energy. Its portfolio includes Nexus Select Citywalk, Nexus Elante Complex, Nexus Seawoods, Nexus Ahmedabad One, Nexus Hyderabad, Nexus Vijaya Complex, Nexus Esplanade, Nexus Westend, Nexus Koramangala, Nexus Amritsar, Nexus Shantiniketan, Nexus Celebration, Nexus Whitefield, Fiza by Nexus, and others.
