About NEXUS SELECT TRUST
Nexus Select Trust is an India-based retail real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company's portfolio comprises approximately 19 Grade-A urban consumption centers with a gross leasable area of 10.6 million square feet spread across 15 cities in India, three complementary hotel assets (450 keys) and three office assets with a gross leasable area of 1.3 million square feet. Its consumption centers have a tenant base of over 1,000 domestic and international brands spanning across 3,000 stores. Its segments include Urban consumption centre (Mall), Office, Hospitality, and Others. Its Others segment is comprising of sale of office units, and generation of renewable energy. Its portfolio includes Nexus Select Citywalk, Nexus Elante, Nexus Seawoods, Nexus Ahmedabad One, Nexus Hyderabad, Nexus Vijaya, Nexus Esplanade, Nexus Westend, Nexus Koramangala, Nexus Amritsar, Nexus Shantiniketan, Nexus Celebration, Nexus Whitefield, Fiza by Nexus, Nexus Centre City, Nexus Indore Central and others.
