The Company's segments include trading and finance and infrastructure and realty. It primarily imports bulk materials from various manufacturers and also sources commodities domestically. The Company has a warehousing network across India to cater to its local customers. The Company is engaged in developing and constructing real estate space. It has completed many independent projects as well as partnered with many players in the real estate industry in Gujarat. Its projects are being executed through the special purpose vehicle route. It is a developer of residential apartments, commercial complexes, row houses, industrial sheds, and plots. The Company’s subsidiary is Metrochem Capital Trust Limited.
