Marathon Nextgen Realty Limited is an India-based real estate development company. The Company is primarily engaged in the business of construction, development, and sale of commercial and residential real estate projects. The Company’s core business activities are carried out under various business model, including own development, through joint ventures and joint development and other arrangements with third parties. It is focused on building several townships in the growing neighborhoods, affordable housing projects, ultra-luxury skyscrapers, small offices, and large business centers. Its projects are spread across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The Company’s subsidiary Terrapolis Assets Private Limited (TAPL) is developing a Project comprises of rehab building for slum dwellers and free sale Commercial building named Marathon Millennium, having an area of around three lakhs square feet.
