The Company is engaged in the business of pre-engineered metal buildings (PEB), structural steel, self-supported steel roofing, and components. The Company provides its customers with comprehensive turnkey solutions, covering project design, engineering, manufacturing and erection, all modified to serve functions across the industrial and infrastructure sectors. Its operations are organized into two main subsidiaries: Phenix Construction Technologies Inc. (Phenix) and Proflex Roofing Solutions Private Limited (Proflex). The Phenix product solutions include PEB, Structural Steel Components, and Stainless-Steel Bridge Girders. The Proflex product solutions include Self-Supported Steel Roofing, Cantilever Roofing (Proflex Parking Solutions), Proflex Steel Buildings, Side Wall and Gable Wall Cladding, Accessories, and Solar Panel Integration.
