Its segments include Warehousing Rental Services and Engineering Services. It has leased out an approximately 2,500,000 square foot area to various reputed large logistics companies at Hosur. Its warehouse is located on the Bangalore Chennai National Highway and provides support for the development of medium and large industries. It is licensed to manufacture high-speed automatic weaving machines and circular knitting machines at its Pollachi unit. It manufactures approximately 12000 C type LAKSHMI-RUTI Automatic Weaving Machines and 500 high-performance Circular Knitting Machines.
