Juniper Hotels Limited is an India-based luxury hotel development and ownership company. The Company has a partnership between Saraf Hotels, a hotel developer in India, and affiliates of a premier hospitality brand, Hyatt Hotels Corporation (Hyatt). It owns various Hyatt-affiliated hotels in India. The Company has a portfolio of approximately seven hotels and serviced apartments and operates 1,895 keys (including 245 serviced apartments). Its hotels and serviced apartments are present across the luxury, upper upscale and upscale categories of hotels and are located in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Raipur and Hampi. The Company’s hotels and serviced apartments include the Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences, Andaz Delhi, the Hyatt Delhi Residences, Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad, Hyatt Regency Lucknow, Hyatt Raipur, and Hyatt Place Hampi.
