The Company is engaged in the business of providing services in connection with eXtensible Business Reporting Language and eXtensible Business Reporting Language conversions and consultancy, SaaS, Data as a Service and software products. It primarily offers Regtech solutions to regulators and enterprises. Its businesses include SupTech, RegTech, and DataTech. SupTech uses technology to facilitate and enhance supervisory activities and processes from the perspective of supervisory authorities. SupTech solutions can automate routine and repetitive tasks (data collection and analysis), reducing time and resources. RegTech comprises the management of regulatory monitoring, reporting and compliance within the financial industry through technology. DataTech includes tools for data analysis and APIs for accessing financial data extracted from public filings.
