About HIMALAYA FOOD INTERNATIONAL LI
Himalaya Food lnternational Limited is a food processing company. The Company is engaged in the growing and processing of mushrooms and manufacturing of individually quick frozen (IQF) ready-to-eat items. It is focused on growing of different types of mushrooms (agriculture activity), vegetables, and manufactures cheese, yogurt, appetizers, snacks, sweets, and French fries. Its products include IQF Appetizer (Zucchini, Fries, Battered Mushroom, Meatless Balls, Veg Nuggets, Masala Fry), Canned Mushroom and IQF Sweets (Milk Cake, Kaju Katli, Motichoor Ladoo, Mawa). It exports its products to the Unites States and also sells them domestically. The Company owns and operates two modern facilities in North and West India. The Company’s brands include Himalya, HimalyaNatural, GuiltFree, HimalyaFresh, FingerFood Factory, and American Harvest. It has two subsidiaries: Himalya Green Apartments Ltd., and Appetizer and Snacks Foods Ltd. It also has one joint venture with Himalya Simplot Pvt Ltd.
