The Company's segments include Mumbai, Bhavnagar, and Industrial Oxygen & Trading. It is engaged in the ship recycling activities at Alang-Sosiya, Ship Recycling Yard, Dist. Bhavnagar (Gujarat). It is engaged in the trading in hot-rolled (HR) Coils. The Company, through its subsidiary, Hariyana Air Products, is engaged in the manufacturing of industrial oxygen. Its other gases manufactured, such as nitrogen caters to the demand from other industries in the nearby areas at Mamsa, Sihor, Bhavnagar. The Company is engaged in real estate development activities. It has undertaken projects in Mumbai and Bangalore. Its associates include Goyal Hariyana Realty, Orchid Lakeview Developers, Whitefield Projects, Swastik Developers, Goyal and Company (Construction) Pvt Ltd and Goyal Hariyana Construction.
