The Company also acts as lead manager for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, delisting offers and buybacks, compliance health checks, and the issuance of due diligence certificates. It also provides valuation and advisory services for foreign investments, employee stock options plan (ESOP) certifications, fairness opinions of amalgamation schemes, mergers, and spin-off transactions, among others.
