The Company has developed and sold over 22 million square feet (Sq ft) of real estate space, with another 35 million Sq ft under development. Its residential completed projects include Malabar Exotica, Malabar County III, Maple Tree Garden Homes, Malabar County II, Malabar County, Sundarvan Epitome, Maple County, Maple County II, Shangrila, Shangrila II, Satva, Suyojan, Ratnam, Maniratnam, Maniratnam II, Mahalaya, and Mahalaya - II. Its commercial completed projects include Maple Trade Center, Magnet Corporate Park, GCP Business Center. Its residential projects in Ahmedabad are equipped with security systems, including CCTV surveillance, secure parking facilities, and 24/7 manned security personnel. Its subsidiaries include Gatil Properties Private Limited and Madhukamal Infrastructure Private Limited.
