About EMKAY TAP & CUT. TOOL LTD
Emkay Taps and Cutting Tools Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in manufacturing threading taps and cutting tools and power generation through windmills. The Company's products include spiral point taps, spiral flute 15-degree taps, spiral flute 35-degree taps, fluteless taps, cast iron, pipe taps, straight flute and nut/nib taps. Its spiral fluted taps are available in various threads, such as ISO metric coarse thread, ISO metric fine thread, unified coarse thread (UNC) and unified fine thread (UNF). Its spiral point tap or gun nose tap with 3-4 threads chamfer is recommended for tapping in through holes, the Company also offers left-hand spiral with right-hand cutting for this application. It has developed application taps for cast iron tapping, having a special geometry and thread tolerance which is suitable for tapping in cast iron and also for short chipping SG iron. Its products have applications in aerospace, electricals, engines, agriculture and automotive.
