About Emami Realty
Emami Realty Limited is a real estate development company. It undertakes real estate projects in the residential, commercial and retail sectors. Its portfolio includes projects like South City, Urbana, and Emami City. Its projects include Emami Aastha, Emami Business Bay, Emami City, Emami Nature, Emami Tejomaya, and Emami Aerocity. Emami Aastha is a Bungalow Township at Joka, Kolkata, which is a development conceptualized as an urban forest. Emami Nature is an integrated township project aggregating approximately 100 acres. The township is located on Four Lane Highway and close to the Proposed Greenfield Airport. Emami Tejomaya has three towers of 27 floors and one tower of 11 floors with two, three & four BHK apartments. The Emami Aerocity features 62 acres of plotted land offering 910 residential plots and 12 plots for shops. Emami Business Bay project is spread over one acre of land featuring a towering structure with 22 floors of modular office space with six levels of parking.
