Arvind FashionsArvind Fashions Limited is an India-based casual and denim company. The Company is in the business of marketing and distribution of branded apparels and accessories. The Company has a portfolio of fashion brands catering to consumers across sub-categories and price points. It has a portfolio of brands, both international and indigenous, such as U.S. Polo Assn., Arrow, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and Flying Machine. It operates through two geographical segments: In India, and the Rest of the world. It has diversified business by brands (power, emerging and specialty retail), gender (menswear, womenswear and kids wear), categories (denims, top wear, trousers, innerwear, footwear, beauty, and others) and sales channels (retail, distribution, departmental stores and online). Tommy Hilfiger provides men’s, women’s and children’s sportswear, denim, accessories and footwear. Its subsidiaries include Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited, PVH Arvind Fashion Private Limited and others.
