The Company is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of bulk chemicals, such as sulphuric acid and Oleum and their downstream products, such as Sulphur dioxide and Sulphur trioxide. These products find their use in several industries like dyes, fertilizer, personal care, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and textile. The Company’s plant is located in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, India. The manufacturing plant of the Company at Ankleshwar has an installed capacity of approximately 140 metric tons (mt) per day of sulphuric acid, including downstream products. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary is Amal Speciality Chemicals Limited.
