About ALUFLUORIDE LTD.
Alufluoride Limited is an India-based producer of low bulk density aluminum fluoride with expertise in AlF3 production. The Company operates through the Inorganic Chemical Business segment. Its products include aluminum fluoride, silica, and calcium fluoride. The applications for its aluminum fluoride product include a flux to reduce the melting point of alumina during the electrolytic process of producing aluminum and for making flux tablets to purify metal in foundries. The applications for its silica product include a filler in the rubber industry and manufacturing precipitated silica, sodium silicate and potassium silicate. The applications for its calcium fluoride product include a flux in welding electrodes. The annual capacity of its aluminum fluoride production is 15,000 MTs. The Company serves domestic and overseas markets. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Alufluoride International PTE Ltd.
