Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust (Trust) is an infrastructure investment trust. The investment objectives of the Trust are to carry on the activities of an infrastructure investment trust. Its portfolio includes Summit Digitel Infrastructure Limited (SDIL), Crest Virtual Network Private Limited (CVNPL), Roam Digitel Infrastructure Private Limited (RDIPL), Crest Digitel Private Limited (CDPL), and Elevar Digitel Infrastructure Private Limited (Elevar). SDIL provides telecom infrastructure. Elevar is an independent owner, operator and developer of multi-tenant telecommunications towers with a portfolio of 75,886 communication sites and in-building sites in India. CDPL is a fifth generation (5G)-ready Digital Connectivity Infrastructure Provider, enhancing network experiences across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Data Link Investment Manager Private Limited is the investment manager of the trust. It operates a portfolio of over 256,753 telecom sites.
