The Company is engaged in the hotel business through its Caravela Beach Resort, which is a five-star deluxe resort situated in South Goa. It has a single operating segment, namely Hotel Business. It offers its property for accommodation, dining, experiences, weddings, and events. It has villas and approximately 201 guest rooms. It provides a range of facilities comprising resort amenities, room amenities, activities, services, bathroom, front desk services, outdoor swimming pool, parking, travel & transportation, spa, business facilities, among others. Its food and beverages outlets include Lanai & Cafe Cascada, Beach Hut, Castaways, Carnaval, In-Room Dining, among others. It has in-house resort activities experiences like spa sessions, parasailing, romantic beach picnics, cocktail making classes, e-bike tour, balloon art, canvas painting, golf, table tennis, among others.
