Q1 results today: IRCTC, Hindalco, Hero Motocorp, Nykaa, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise, Allcargo Logistics, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals, GMR Airports Infrastructure, Godrej Industries, Piramal Enterprises, NMDC Steel, SJVN, Gujarat Fluorochemicals, Muthoot Finance, Manappuram Finance and NBCC (India) will announce Q1 FY25 results on Tuesday, August 13.
Berger Paints: The coating major has implemented three price hikes since June, likely to boost its 'value' growth to around 5% in the September quarter, while maintaining a volume growth target of nearly 10%, an official said on Monday. Speaking after the company's 100th annual general meeting (AGM), Abhijit Roy, MD & CEO of Berger, revealed that the company's next milestone is to double its turnover to ₹20,000 crore by 2029, up from ₹10,000 crore in FY2024.

Power Grid: The company has received a transmission project in Rajasthan. According to a regulatory filing, it has been "declared as the successful bidder under tariff-based competitive bidding to establish Inter-State transmission system for an Additional Transmission System for Evacuation of Power from BhadlaIII PS as Part of Rajasthan REZ Phase-III Scheme (20 GW)" on a build, own, operate, and transfer (BOOT) basis".
ONGC: The government has approved a 20% premium over the regulated or administered price mechanism (APM) price for any natural gas that Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) will produce from new wells.
Wipro: Subha Tatavarti, the IT major's chief technology officer (CTO), has resigned to pursue opportunities outside the company. "I am resigning from the post of CTO, Wipro, effective August 16. Good luck with your journey," she said in her resignation letter.
VA Tech WABAG: The water treatment company has received a repeat order of ₹415 crore from the Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board. The order is to operate and maintain 110 million litres per day at the Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) Desalination Plant at Nemmeli in Chennai for seven years, city-based VA Tech WABAG Ltd said.
