Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders shares will be in focus as the company has won a subsea pipeline replacement contract from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC) on an EPC reimbursable basis (OBE) at the ceiling price of ₹1,486.40 crore, including all taxes and duties.
Gensol Engineering: As per reports, the company has increased the issue size from₹500 crore to ₹750 crore, adding an additional ₹250 crore to the previously approved amount. The company had announced ₹500 crore QIP on August 12.
SpiceJet: Cash-strapped domestic carrier SpiceJet plans to raise over ₹3,200 crore through various debt and equity instruments and capital infusion by the promoter, the airline said in a corporate presentation.

The funds will be utilised in fleet ungrounding, liability settlement, new fleet induction, and other general purposes, SpiceJet said in the presentation.

Besides, the airline announced it has signed a term sheet with Carlyle Aviation Management to restructure part of its aircraft lease obligations amounting to $137.68 million.

Further, there are reports that Ajay Singh, the promoter and chairman of the airline, may offload more than 10% of the stake.
