HCL Tech to declare March quarter results on April 22

HCL Technologies is set to declare its January-March quarter results on April 22. Shares of HCL Tech settled in the green at ₹1,604.15 apiece, up 2.39% on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday. However, the result declaration date was announced after the market closed.

HCL Tech on Monday, March 24, said that it will declare its fourth quarter results for the 2024-25 financial year (Q4FY25) on April 22.

Following this March financial earnings date announcement, HCL Tech said that the trading window for insiders will remain closed starting Tuesday, March 25 and will re-open only 48 hours after the declaration of the results on April 22.

HCL Tech December quarter results

The IT major’s net profit stood at ₹4,591 crore in the December quarter of FY’25, jumping 5.5% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹4,350 crore in the corresponding period last year.

HCL Tech’s revenue from operations climbed 5.1%YoY to ₹29,890 crore, compared to ₹28,446 crore in Q3 FY24.

The company’s Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) stood at ₹5,821 crores in the March quarter of FY25, at 19.5% of its revenue, up 3.7% YoY. Its Q3 EBIT margins stood at 19.5%, down 25 basis points on a year-on-year basis.

HCL Tech share performance

Shares of HCL Tech settled in the green at ₹1,604.15 apiece, up 2.39% on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday. However, the result declaration date was announced after the market closed.

The stock rose 0.30% over the last seven days and 1.85% since the beginning of March. It has, however, lost 16.34% on a year-to-date basis.

It hit its 52-week high of ₹2,012.20 on January 13, 2025, and a low of ₹1,235 on June 4, 2024.

HCL Technologies has a total market capitalisation of ₹4.35 lakh crore as of March 24, 2025, on the NSE.
