After the Union budget announcement on Saturday, the benchmark equity indices traded flat in a choppy trade session during the late morning deals.

During noon, the S&P BSE SENSEX was trading at 77,461.08, falling 25.68 points, or 0.03%, while the NSE's NIFTY50 index was at 23466.70, down 41.70 points, or 0.18%.

Here is a list of stocks that are buzzing in today's trade.

GodFrey Phillips India: Shares of GodFrey Phillips surged over 11% during the intraday trade as the government during the Union budget announced that tax rates on tobacco products will remain unchanged.

During the intraday trade, the company scrip was trading at ₹5,000 a piece surging 10.66% on BSE.

Amara Raja Energy: The battery and power storage system firm jumped as the finance minister announced measures to boost. Cobalt powder and waste, scrap of lithium-ion battery, lead, zinc and 12 more critical minerals to be exempted from Basic Customs Duty (BCD), the Union budget said.

Shares of the firm was trading at ₹1075.85, rising 3.95% on BSE.

Blue Star: The introduction of income tax relief, particularly the move to make income up to ₹12 lakh tax-free, has increased expectations of higher disposable income, and is likely to fuel growth in sectors like consumer discretionary goods.

This lead shares of Blue Star soar 11.54% during the intraday trade to ₹2,028.15 on BSE.

RVNL & IRCON: India's railway-linked stocks like RVNL Ltd, and IRCON International saw a sharp sell-off of up to 6% after their budgetary allocation for financial year 2026.

Budget documents show that the allocation to the railways sector has remained unchanged for the railways sector at ₹2.55 lakh crore for financial year 2026.

Shares of Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) tumbled 8.62% at ₹435.40 a piece on BSE during the intraday trade. IRCON scrip was ₹200.6 slipping 9.46%.

Maruti Suzuki: Shares of FMCG and automobiles companies have rallied by up to 7% on the NSE in Saturday’s intra-day trade after the government raised the income tax exemption limit to ₹12 lakh per annum under the New Tax Regime in the Union Budget.

Shares of the automaker was trading up 4.91% at ₹12,913.35.
