WOL 3D India Limited IPO allotment status is expected to be finalised on Thursday, September 26, after the public issue closed for bidding with a strong demand.
The NSE SME IPO was open for subscription from September 23 to September 25.
The initial public offering of WOL 3D India Limited received bids for more than 42.33 crore shares against 11.32 lakh shares on offer. The issue was overall booked 374 times.
The non-institutional investors’ (NIIs) category saw the highest demand, with a subscription of 749.18 times, while the retail portion was booked 368.52 times. The QIBs booked their quota 101.23 times.
Following the bumper subscription, the investors are now waiting for WOL 3D India Limited to finalise the share allotment status. The investors can check the WOL 3D IPO allotment status on the websites of NSE and issue registrar BigShare Services Private Ltd.
The ₹25.56-crore book-building offer consisted of a fresh issue of 14.52 lakh shares and an offer-for-sale component of 2.52 lakh shares.
WOL 3D IPO price band was fixed at ₹142 to ₹150 per share. The minimum lot size was set at 1,000 shares for retail investors, taking the minimum investment to ₹1,50,000 at the upper end of the price band.
WOL 3D IPO listing date has been tentatively fixed for September 30. The shares will be listed on the NSE SME platform Emerge.
WOL 3D India Limited will use the proceeds from its IPO to partially or fully repay certain outstanding debts. Additionally, the funds will be utilised to meet working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes.
WOL 3D (India) Limited offers 3D printing solutions that enable simpler prototyping. It caters to several sectors, including manufacturing, education, engineering, architecture, interior design, fashion design, and more.
The company has branch offices in Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai and five franchisee offices in Pune, Chennai, Coimbatore, Rajkot, and Nagercoil. It sells its products through e-commerce websites like Flipkart and Amazon and offline stores like Crossword.
