Sagility IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of technology-enabled healthcare services provider Sagility India Ltd opened for subscription on Tuesday, November 5. The issue, with a price range of ₹28-₹30 per equity share, will conclude on November 7.
The Bengaluru-based company's initial share sale, with no fresh issue component, is an offer-for-sale of 70.22 crore shares worth ₹2,106.60 crore.
On Monday, the company raised more than ₹945 crore in the anchor round from investors such as Nomura Funds Ireland, Florida Retirement System - Allspring Global Investments, Government Pension Fund Global, LLC (EMSC), Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte and Amundi Funds New Silk Road.
HDFC Mutual Fund (MF), Motilal Oswal MF, ICICI Prudential MF, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company and Max Life Insurance Co Ltd also participated in the anchor bidding.
Among the investors who picked a stake in Sagility India are Avendus Future Leaders Fund II, which acquired 0.9% shares for ₹126 crore, 360 One, which bought 1.07% shares for ₹150 crore, and Gautam Adani-backed Adani Properties, which got a 0.14% stake for ₹20 crore.
According to the consolidated data on the NSE, the issue has received bids for 3,10,67,500 shares against 38,70,64,594 shares on offer as of 11:21 am.
