Diwali Muhurat trading will be held on 14th November 2020 and the timings for the same are mentioned below:

• Pre-Market session for Equity Cash Segment: 6.00 PM to 6.08 PM
• Normal Market session: 6.15 PM to 7.15 PM

Please note:

• All Intraday positions (including Cover and Bracket Orders) will be squared off 15 minutes prior (7.00 PM) to the market closing.
• Any Equity Securities purchased on 13th November 2020, cannot be sold on 14th November 2020 (during Muhurat trading) as the settlement for both these days will take place on 18th November 2020.

On account of the holiday on 16th November 2020, listed below are the settlement dates:

Square off will be at 3.10 PM for Equity Intraday and F&O, 4.45 PM for Currency Derivatives, and at 11.25 PM for MCX. Kindly plan your trades accordingly.

?Up to 15X margins on CO and OCO orders in EQ (for F&O-listed stocks only).
?Up to 12.5X margins on CO and OCO orders in Nifty and Bank Nifty Futures only.
?Up to 10X margins on Intraday orders in EQ (for F&O-listed stocks only).
?Up to 4X margins on Intraday orders in Currency Derivatives.
?Up to 3X margins on Intraday and CO orders in F&O.
?Up to 3X margins on CO orders on Index options (sell side) and up to 2x on buy side.
?Up to 3X margins on Intraday orders in MCX.
?OCO orders are blocked for NSE options and MCX.

REC Limited conducted a meeting with its Board of Directors on 6th November 2020. As per this meeting, it has declared, to the Exchange, an Interim Dividend of Rs. 6 per equity share on equity shares of Rs.10/- each, of the Company.

Adjustments for Futures Contracts:
The base price of the Futures contracts on 13th November 2020, will be reference rate less aggregate amount of dividend i.e. Rs. 6/-. The reference rate for this purpose shall be the daily mark to market settlement price of the relevant futures contract.

Adjustments for Options Contracts:
The full value of the dividend i.e. Rs. 6/- would be deducted from all the cum-dividend strike prices on the ex-dividend date.
