The Company operates through one segment, which is Manufacturing and marketing of luggage and bags. It offers a range of products through a brand portfolio, including names like VIP, Skybags, Carlton, Aristrocrat, Alfa, and Caprese. The Skybags brand offers trolleys, rucksacks, backpacks, duffel bags, laptop bags and daily essentials and components. Its Caprese brand offers a range of handbags and accessories for women. Its distribution network provides access to VIP luggage anywhere in India via approximately 13,000 points of sale across exclusive stores, multi-brand stores, format retail, defense canteens, and e-commerce channels.
