Swastika Investmart Limited is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in rendering services pertaining to stockbroking, depository participant, merchant banking and other third-party products distribution activities, non-banking financial companies (NBFC), commodities broking, insurance broking and fund management. Its segments include Broking and Related Activities, Merchant Banking Activities, and Others. The Company, through its subsidiary company, Swastika Insurance Broking Services Limited, provides insurance broking servicing and customized products to its clients, which includes motor insurance, health insurance, and life insurance. It also provides loan facilities through Swastika Fin-mart Private Limited, which is a Non-Banking Financial Company licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. Its subsidiary, Avisa Wealth Manager Private Limited, carries out activities of fund management, management consultancy or administration.
