The Company operates through seven segments: Transportation, Logistics & Mining; Oil & Lubricants; Finance & Investment; Power Generation; Media Activities; Coal Mining and Trading; and Oil Drilling Operations. The Company's subsidiaries include Indus Automotives Pvt. Ltd., which is engaged in trading of automobile parts and spares; Sudha Bio Power Pvt. Ltd., which is engaged in the generation of electricity, and Param Mitra Resources Pte. Ltd., which is engaged in the extraction and selling of coal from coal mines.
