The Company's completed residential project consists of Grand IVA, Synera, The Roselia, The Roselia 2, The Serenas, and The Millennia. Its ongoing residential project consists of Signature Global City 79B, Signature Global City 93, and others. Its completed commercial projects include Signum 36 (Commercial of The Serenas), Signum 71 (Commercial of Andour Heights), Signum 93 (Commercial of Orchard Avenue), Signum 95A (Commercial of The Roselia). Its ongoing commercial projects include Signature Global SCO II 88A, Signature Global SCO 88A, and others.
