Headquartered in Maharashtra's Thane, the company was originally incorporated as PlatinumOne Wealth Advisors Private Limited in 2008. It was renamed to PlatinumOne Business Services Private Limited. It was again renamed to PlatinumOne Business Services Limited.

Channel support

The company offers two-way communication between senior sales management and the channel partners. Its proprietary CRM supports clients across the value chain of managing channel partners. The company offers a comprehensive service starting with the recruitment of the partners and communication with them about the client's new products and incentive schemes. Further, it goes all the way through to taking orders, and feedback about products, services and consumer behaviour.

Customer support

PlatinumOne offers omni-channel, proactive and customer support services to augment the customer experience for its clients. Continuous engagement and prompt customer query-handling offered by the company help its clients to increase trust, loyalty and retention among customers.

PlatinumOne started its outsourcing journey with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited as its first client in 2009. In 2012, the company shifted to a new headquarters to accommodate its growing strength.

The company received ISO 27001: 2013 certification issued by the United Registrar of Systems in 2017. The next year, it opened branch offices in Haryana’s Gurugram and New Delhi. It also bought its first office in Thane. In 2019, the company opened a branch in Kolkata.

The company’s client base includes the likes of Godrej Properties, Godrej Interio, Edelweiss Tokio Life, Tally Lodha Group, Nippon and Capital Foods.
