Ortel Communications Limited is an India-based regional multiple system operator (MSO). The Company provides digital cable television (CATV) and broadband services. It is focused on the Indian states of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh/Telangana. The Company has built a two-way communication network for Triple Play services, including video, data and voice capabilities, which has a hybrid fiber-coax (HFC) network with control over the Last Mile. The Company operates through five businesses: cable television services comprising digital cable television services, including other value-added services, such as (high definition) HD services, near-video on demand, gaming and local content; broadband services; fiber to the home (FTTH) Internet services; Leasing of fiber infrastructure; and signal up linking services. The Company operates through four segments: Cable TV, Broadband, Infrastructure Leasing (IFL), and Others.
