NIIT Group is a major provider of managed training services and is actively engaged in building proficient human capital and elevating workforce talent. NIIT Group consists of NIIT Limited (NIIT) and NIIT Learning Systems Limited (NIIT MTS). NIIT's Corporate Learning business was transferred to NIIT MTS through a composite scheme of arrangement in May 2023.
NIIT Digital was honoured as the Best E-Learning Platform 2022 by the Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India (ASSOCHAM). NIIT was the only company in the educational services industry on the Fortune India 500 list for 2020. Business operations
NIIT Limited provides training solutions in the fields of IT, business process outsourcing (BPO), banking, finance, insurance and executive management education, as well as communication and professional life skills. It has a footprint in over 30 countries.
The company offers many learning and talent development programs to millions of individual and corporate learners through various business entities including NIIT Digital, StackRoute, RPS Consulting, TpaaS, IFBI and Sales and Service Excellence. NIIT Digital platform serves as a connection point for both corporate and individual learners. IFBI is a leading provider of learning services catering to fresh entrants and working professionals in the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector in India.
As a digital transformation partner incubated by NIIT, StackRoute focuses on building multi-skilled full-stack developers at scale for corporations. NIIT MTS extends Managed Training Services (MTS) to leading companies in North America, Europe, Asia and Oceania. StackRoute was adopted by several companies to nurture their top talent, including a prominent global systems integrator and two of the top five IT services companies in India in FY23.
RPS serves over 250 customers and provides a comprehensive portfolio of over 2000-plus programs, including collaborations with major technology OEMs like Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, VMWare, RedHat, Citrix, Veritas and Symantec. In FY23, NIIT increased its ownership in RPS Consulting to 90% through the acquisition of an additional 20% stake in the company.
NIIT Limited conducts its business operations across a network of locations. In India, it runs 11 offices. Internationally, NIIT Limited has three offices. In terms of domestic presence, NIIT Limited operates in 28 states and 8 Union Territories within India. The company serves 14 international markets.
