Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited is an India-based company, which is primarily engaged in executing construction contracts relating to infrastructure, real estate developments, acquisition and development, and sale of land. The Company is also engaged in operating hotels and also in the trading of school shoes and bags. It operates through two segments: construction and hotel. Its projects include Gram, Nirma, and Parivar. The Company has operations in West Bengal, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Sikkim and Delhi. The Company is engaged in three areas of infrastructure development: Kaushalya Nirman, which is involved in the creation of highways, bridges, and industrial infrastructure; Kaushalya Gram, which is involved in electrification and irrigation, and Kaushalya Parivar, which includes residential and commercial projects. Its subsidiaries include KDC Nirman Limited, Bengal KDC Housing Development Limited, and Kaushalya Energy Private Limited.
