About INDIA HOMES LIMITED
India Homes Limited, formerly India Steel Works Limited, is an India-based company, which is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of steel products, such as hot-rolled bars and rods, and bright bars, among others. It offers a range of products in various lengths and sizes in billets, angles, wire rods, wire, and bright bars. Its divisions include Steel Melt Shop, Rolling Mills, Bright Bars and Wire Facility. Its Steel Melt Shop division at Khopoli has two melting routes, an induction furnace, and an electric arc furnace, which melts steel. Its Rolling Mills division has two mills, a continuous bar and rod mill and a cross-country bar mill. Its Bright Bars division manufactures a range of bright bars, specializing in stainless steel, through various processes, such as heat treatment, quenching and tempering, and polishing, among others. Its Wire Drawing Facility division is engaged in manufacturing stainless steel wires of various sizes, finishes, conditions, and coil weights.
