About Hinduja Global Solutions
Hinduja Global Solutions Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in business process management (BPM) and media and communication business. The Company operates through two segments, namely BPM and Media and communications. The BPM segment offers voice and non-voice-based services such as contact center solutions and back-office transaction processing. The Media & Entertainment segment's activities include the commercial exploitation of Dark Fiber owned by the Company as a licensee under the Telecom regulations. The BPM includes services like back-office processing, contact center and HRO solutions. Its digital media business, NXTDIGITAL, is an integrated digital delivery platforms company delivering services via satellite, digital cable, and broadband. The Company's subsidiaries include HGS International, Mauritius; Hinduja Properties LLC, USA; HGS Canada Inc., Canada; Hinduja Global Solutions UK Ltd; Team HGS Ltd., Jamaica; HGS St. Lucia Limited, among others.
