About Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals
Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited is a multi-product chemical manufacturing company. The Company is engaged in manufacturing various chemical products, such as caustic soda lye, caustic soda flakes, caustic soda prills, chloromethanes, caustic potash lye, caustic potash flakes, potassium carbonate, hydrogen peroxide, phosphoric acid, poly aluminum chloride, aluminum chloride, benzyl chloride, benzyl alcohol, benzaldehyde, sodium chlorate, and others. Its products are used by various industries, which include aluminum, textiles, rayon, soaps & detergents, pulp & paper, fine chemicals, dyes, paints, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, metal treatment, petroleum refining, and more. The Company exports its products to Europe, West Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East/ Far East and South Asian Association for Regional Co-operation (SAARC) countries. It has an installed production capacity of 5,85,750 million tons per annum (MTPA) of Caustic Soda.
