GOKAK TEXTILES LTDGokak Textiles Limited is an India-based holding company. The Company is engaged in the business of textile, manufacturing cotton yarn, blended yarn, industrial fabrics, terry towels, t-shirts, polos, undergarments and others. The Company’s subsidiary is Gokak Power & Energy Limited (GPEL). GPEL is engaged in generation, transmission, distribution, trading of hydro power and other renewal and non-renewal sources of energy. It has two divisions: mills division and knitwear division. The knitwear division is focused on manufacturing and sales of cotton face masks and personal protective equipment coveralls. The unit produces various bamboo products, such as towels, shawls, blankets, cotton bed sheets, bottom wear, canvas bags and others. It also engaged in garment sales through its e-commerce business Website, www.gokaktrends.com. Its mills division is located in Gokak Falls, Belgaum district, Karnataka and the knitwear unit is located in Marihal Village, Belgaum district, Karnataka.
