GOKAK TEXTILES LTDGokak Textiles Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the business of textile, manufacturing cotton yarn, blended yarn, industrial fabrics, terry towels, t-shirts, polos, undergarments, sweaters and others, and generation of hydro power. The Company is also engaged in solar power generation. The Company has exported yarn to more than 35 countries around the globe. Its products include yarn, dyed yarn, towels, terry towels, garments and bamboo fabrics. Its garment unit in the mill at Gokak is running with production of various bamboo products, such as towels, shawls, blankets, cotton bed sheets, bottom wear and Canvas bags, among others. Its mills are located in Gokak Falls, Belagavi, Karnataka. The Company's knitwear unit is located in Marihal, Belagavi, Karnataka. The Company, through its subsidiary, Gokak Power & Energy Limited, is engaged in generation, transmission, distribution, trading of hydro power and other renewal and non-renewal sources of energy.
