Plotted Developments:
These projects give people the chance to construct their own houses on carefully laid-out plots. It helps combine the benefits of an established neighbourhood with the flexibility to personalise one’s living space. In FY23, Godrej Properties achieved its highest-ever sales with 15.2 million square feet sold at a booking value of ₹12,232 crore. The year-on-year growth was 56%.
The company’s housing sales were evenly distributed across its four major markets. Each contributed over ₹2,000 crore in sales.
Godrej Properties’ Projects
Godrej Properties has several well-known projects in the Indian market. Planet Godrej, a skyscraper in Mumbai, which was built in 2008, was the country’s tallest occupied building at the time.
The company’s commercial office project, Godrej BKC, is located in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex. It is a LEED Platinum-rated skyscraper.
One of India’s best mixed-use residential buildings with sustainable planning is The Trees, a flagship project of Godrej Properties.
The CII-Godrej Green Building Centre in Hyderabad, completed in 2004, was the first LEED Platinum building outside the United States and held the highest LEED rating globally.
The Clinton Foundation selected Godrej Garden City, a sprawling township project in Ahmedabad, as one of just two projects in India and 16 globally to partner in achieving a climate-positive development.

In FY23, Godrej Properties’ revenue was ₹2,252 crore, an increase of 23% compared to ₹1,825 crore in the previous fiscal year. The company’s net profit in FY23 was ₹621 crore, an increase of 77% compared to ₹351 crore in FY22.
