Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited is an India-based integrated fashion company. The Company has a portfolio of fashion brands that covers a range of fashion categories, including formal menswear, casual wear, active or sportswear, ethnic wear, denim wear, footwear and accessories for men and women. It owns and markets brands, through its in-house retail chains Central and Brand Factory, exclusive brand outlets and other multi-brand outlets. Its retail chain Central offers shoppers options to choose from over 1000 brands across categories, including apparel, cosmetics, fragrances, eyewear, watches, accessories, mobiles, electronics and home, among others. The Company's retail chain Brand Factory offers various merchandise, including men's formals, casuals, youth wear, women's western wear, women’s ethnic, sportswear, infant wear, accessories, footwear and luggage, among others. The Company is under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
