About Cheviot Company
Cheviot Company Limited is an India-based manufacturer and exporter of jute products in India. The Company manufactures jute products with flexibility to cater to both the domestic and international markets. The Company is established to manufacture Hessian fabrics for the export market at the Export-Oriented Unit situated at Falta Special Economic Zone in the state of West Bengal, India. Its products include traditional jute products such as Hessian Cloths and Bags in different sizes and constructions, sacking bags like A-Twill, B-Twill and DWF bags, both normal and food grade quality, industrial jute yarns of different counts in single or multiple plies/twists and decorative fabrics. Its domestic sales primarily consist of the Government of India's procurement of sacks for packaging of food grains, along with local demand for fabrics, bags, and other specialized products. It has two manufacturing units, near Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
